Upon returning to Switzerland, she advised and supported individuals from a wide range of personal and professional backgrounds within municipal resident services and a professional placement service. She later moved into the field of vocational placement, where she led the labour market programme “benevol Tandem St. Gallen”.

As a Certified Corporate Mentor with a Federal Diploma of Higher Education, a qualified HR Assistant and a graduate of the CAS in Case Management, she supports individuals through change and development processes with professionalism, warmth and dedication. Her work is characterised by openness,empathy and a genuine interest in people.

In addition, she has experience in personality assessment and serves as an examination expert for the Swiss Federal Professional Examination for Corporate Mentors.

After successfully graduating from the Hotel Management School in Lausanne, she spent several years in 5-star hospitality both domestically and abroad. In 2012, she decided to pursue a career change and participated in various training programs in coaching, burnout prevention, and resilience. In 2019 and 2023, she successfully completed her studies in "CAS Case Management" and "CAS Health Promotion and Prevention." After her professional reorientation, she worked as an independent coach, including for an outplacement company, and led workshops on the aforementioned topics. Since 2017, as a Case Manager and Job Coach, she has passionately supported individuals with health-related and psychosocial concerns.

After completing his commercial training, he transitioned into the social insurance sector in 2002, specializing in the professional integration of individuals with health impairments. In addition to his primary role, he works as a lecturer in the aforementioned educational fields. Sergio Bortolin brings more than four decades of experience in occupational pensions and the insurance industry. A recognised expert in the field, he has held various leadership positions in the pensions sector since 1984 with "Winterthur Life" and "Winterthur International". In 2004, he was appointed CEO of Winterthur Life in Taiwan, a subsidiary of Axa Winterthur with approximately 500 employees. In early 2008, he was appointed a member of Swiss Life Switzerland’s Executive Board and Head of the "Large Corporate Clients & Partners" business unit. In 2011, he became Spokesperson of the Board of Directors of Swiss Life Austria AG in Vienna. At the end of 2012, Sergio Bortolin assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer of Asga Pension Fund, a position he held until the end of 2025. Since May 2024, he has served on the Board of Directors of Sulser & Partner, where he contributes his extensive leadership experience and insurance expertise.

She combines extensive life experience with a strong academic background in economics and intercultural studies from the University of St. Gallen (HSG), together with more than 20 years of successful entrepreneurial experience as an enabler and communications advisor to senior executives. As a certified systemic coach with broad expertise in areas including mediation and crisis intervention, she brings a holistic, insightful and people-centred perspective to case management.

Her authentic approach is shaped by a deep understanding of people, strong resilience, and the ability to navigate complex challenges with creativity and clarity. She supports clients as an equal partner, working fluently in German, French and English, and is committed to helping individuals regain confidence, unlock their potential and build positive new perspectives for the future.

After completing her commercial training and working as a civil registrar, Nicole Bucher transitioned to the healthcare sector and later to social insurance. During her time at the IV Office, she furthered her education by becoming a certified social insurance specialist and a personnel administration officer. After an internal transfer to the role of integration consultant, she also earned a DAS in Applied Psychology in the Workplace and a CAS in Case Management. With her empathetic and respectful approach, she engages with clients at eye level, offering competent and solution-oriented advice backed by her extensive knowledge in social insurance.

After a decade of self-employment as a complementary medical therapist, she transitioned to the health insurance sector in 2016. She effectively applies her academic background in Public Health, with a focus on Pain Management, to the medical coordination of clients in case management. With experience in both specialist and leadership roles, she is passionately committed to the topics of care, empowerment, reintegration, prevention, and health. With additional training in social insurance, lateral management, and financial management, she interacts with customers and clients in four different languages.

Before joining Sulser & Partner in 2018, she had been self-employed for 19 years as a coach, career consultant, and personnel developer in her own consulting business. She supported professionals from various industries and levels in navigating career transitions, helping them develop new perspectives. In 2024, she successfully completed her training as a mediator at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences. She is also trained in psychology from the University of Zurich, as a resilience trainer by the H.B.T Academy in Germany, as a trainer, and in various consulting methods such as transactional analysis, visualization techniques, and career counseling for individuals over 50. She began her career at a large Swiss bank, where she worked in corporate banking for several years.

He has a commercial background in private insurance and initially worked as a claims specialist. Later, he trained in restaurant and food service management and managed various hospitality businesses. In 2010, he transitioned into social insurance, where he worked as a specialist for financial and material benefits at the Swiss Disability Insurance (IV) until 2019. During this time, he pursued further education in social insurance. In 2022 and 2023, he successfully completed his studies in "CAS Case Management" and "CAS Systemic Coaching." Today, he applies his experience with the necessary empathy in providing guidance and support for individuals in difficult life situations.

After qualifying as a joiner, he spent fourteen years with the Cantonal Police, including ten years in traffic education and seven years in leadership positions. During this time, he gained extensive experience in leadership, training, project management and organisational change, including supporting a merger process.

Alongside his professional career, he completed further education as a Certified Corporate Mentor and earned an Advanced Federal Diploma in Business Administration, followed by a Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) in Health Promotion. After a period working independently as a coach, he spent eight years as a Reintegration Advisor with the Swiss Disability Insurance (IV), supporting both employers and individuals with the goal of achieving a sustainable return to work.

He later worked as a Case Manager and brings broad experience in vocational reintegration, coaching and prevention.

The trained marketing specialist worked for many years in specialist and management positions in the media industry. In 2009, she completed her studies to become an academic mental coach at the University of Salzburg and ran her own practice for process- and resource-orientated coaching until the end of 2016. In 2024, she successfully completed her training as a mediator specialising in business and labour issues at the Konstanz School of Mediation. Since 2014, she has been contributing her extensive knowledge to case management and professional reintegration at Sulser & Partner with great commitment and passion.

After completing her commercial apprenticeship in the tourism industry, she gained professional experience in the telecommunications sector and public administration. Alongside her career, she furthered her education in psychodynamic energy and body work, anatomy, physiology, pathology, psychology, and palliative care. For 11 years, she worked as a case manager with a focus on vocational integration at a sickness benefit and accident insurance company in the corporate sector. She completed the CAS in Case Management at ZHAW in Winterthur. With her respectful attitude and solution-oriented, networked thinking and action, she is a competent advisor for our clients.

After completing a language degree in English and Spanish and receiving journalistic training, she worked as an editor for a nationwide German news channel, focusing on finance, insurance, and health topics in the advisory magazine segment. After moving to Switzerland, she developed a growing interest in human psychology and pursued training as a naturopath specializing in psychotherapy, as well as becoming a certified integral coach (ACC/ICF). For over five years, she has worked primarily with a systemic and solution-oriented coaching approach. Additionally, during her self-employment, she supported a Zurich-based company in helping women re-enter the workforce after a career break through coaching and workshops.

After 20 years of working as a teacher, she decided to reorient her career and completed further training in Human Resources. She deepened her expertise in the personnel field of private companies, including in social insurance matters. Her work with and for people led her, before joining Sulser & Partner, to the field of vocational integration. There, she led a program for temporary employment and supported individuals with diverse backgrounds in a respectful and responsible manner during their professional reintegration. The completion of the CAS in Supported Employment complements her multifaceted experience.

Years of diverse experience in project management for theater and documentary films have fostered flexibility and a goal-oriented mindset in administrative work. Further training in digital transformation and knowledge management now come into play in her role handling invoicing at Sulser & Partner. Her responsibilities also include editing reports and minutes, as well as providing support and a listening ear for clients, consultants, and customers.

As an entrepreneur and board member, he has been committed to the topics of health and work for over 20 years. A historian with a postgraduate degree in business management from ETH, he is passionate about developing and introducing innovative services as well as designing and implementing corporate strategies. In the field of workplace health management, his focus lies on SME-appropriate solutions that are well integrated into both strategic and operational leadership. Since May 2024, he has been a member of the board of directors at Sulser & Partner.

After completing her Master's degree in Psychology and Psychopathology, Sophie Kiefer began working as an integration consultant for the disability insurance in vocational reintegration. In 2011, she transitioned to the private sector and has since worked as a case manager and job coach. She expanded her professional skills through further training as a systemic coach and consultant, as well as a stress and burnout mentor. With great joy and dedication, she supports and advises individuals in difficult life situations, along with the people involved in the process.

She is a trained bookseller with a talent for administrative work. Her main responsibilities include correspondence, drafting and editing reports and minutes, as well as invoicing. In addition, she manages phone inquiries and welcomes clients at Sulser & Partner.

After completing his commercial training and working as an administrative employee, Roland Marti trained as a nurse and intensive care nurse. He then pursued a qualification as an adult educator and worked as a training specialist. His interest in people became the focus of his career. After taking on the role of head of training in a non-profit organization, he continued his education as a federally certified management expert and business economist. Roland Marti earned a CAS in Case Management and, since 2012, has been passionately supporting individuals after illness or accidents, as well as during crises and difficult life situations, as a case manager.

She has a commercial background and worked for many years in the claims department of private insurance companies. For the past 15 years, she has been working in the field of case management and vocational integration, leading the case management department of a large insurance company in the area of collective sick leave and accident insurance. With the experience gained, she successfully built and developed the care management department from the ground up at her last employer. During these years, she completed the CAS in Case Management, CAS in Occupational Health Management (BGM), and a further qualification in coaching. With her solution-oriented approach and motivating attitude, she is a competent consultant for our clients.

As a coach, consultant, and expert, she has successfully and passionately supported individuals in labor market integration for many years. Targeted, resource-oriented, and sustainable counseling is a key success factor for her. With expertise in business administration, project management, quality and health management, social work, and IT, she is well-versed in the demands of the business world. With over 20 years of experience in acquisition and client relations, she has built an extensive network across Switzerland. Additionally, she can competently apply her training in coaching, adult education, marketing, leadership, social insurance, and the CAS diploma in "Work Integration – Future-Oriented Development" as a case manager.

Her professional foundation is in commercial training, after which she gained experience "in flight" in the airline industry, followed by tourism and marketing. Her desire to work in a socially meaningful role led her to Sulser & Partner. She supports the management team and our consultants in organizational and administrative matters.

After completing an apprenticeship as a commercial employee with vocational maturity at a law firm, she worked in occupational pensions in Bern. With a federal diploma in social insurance, she transitioned into human resources, where she was responsible for managing sickness and accident absences for a large evangelical organization in Fribourg. She has been working in case management for 15 years and obtained her CAS in Case Management from the Bern University of Applied Sciences in 2023. With her passion for interpersonal interactions, she has developed analytical and coordination skills throughout her career and supports individuals in any situation with the appropriate measures. Myriam Pochon-Oberson works with our French-speaking clients.

In his longstanding career as a restaurateur, he has passionately pursued his profession for 30 years. As a federally certified hotel and restaurant manager (HF/SHL), he was able to unleash his creativity and drive, including during his years of self-employment. As a coach, case manager, and head of a training center, he integrated and supported clients and young people in need of assistance in entering the labor market across various industries, as well as in the 4- and 5-star hospitality sector. While working, he also completed a CAS in Case Management at the University of Lucerne. With his empathetic, balanced nature and life experience, he is a competent advisor for our clients.

Her journey toward becoming a social worker (Bachelor in Social Work) began with an apprenticeship in the travel industry and training as a business economist (HF). After completing a CAS in Social Security Law, she pursued a CAS in Systemic Counseling. Her many years of experience as a social worker in non-profit organizations are reflected both in her expertise and in her approach to working with people. Accustomed to advising and supporting individuals with health difficulties in delicate and challenging situations, she is characterized by her calm, open manner and respectful attitude. Motivated and empathetic, she supports clients, their environments, and various stakeholders.

After eight years of experience in the supply chain of a large corporation and various business administration trainings, she transitioned into consulting at the RAV. There, she spent four years primarily supporting employers in recruiting for open positions. After completing further training as an HR specialist, she worked in professional reintegration at SVZ Thurgau for three years, also serving as deputy team leader. At the end of last year, she successfully completed further training as a resource-oriented coach.

During this time, he also completed training as a systemic vocational educator. His path then led him into professional reintegration through private job placement. Over 11 years as a reintegration specialist at the IV, he acquired extensive knowledge in the field. With great dedication and enthusiasm, he supports people in their professional reintegration. In fall 2021, he completed further training in "CAS Workplace Ergonomics."

She is a partner at Sulser & Partner AG with extensive experience in case management and vocational reintegration. A certified social insurance specialist (eidg. FA), she holds a degree in Case Management from the University of Lucerne – Social Work, as well as a degree in Business Management from the University of St. Gallen. With her many years of professional experience in both private and social insurance, she understands the perspectives and expectations of clients, stakeholders, and other involved parties in the process.

She is responsible for secretarial and reception duties, invoicing, and supporting our consultants and management team.

After completing her training as a certified nursing specialist (FH) with a focus on psychiatry and working in the healthcare sector for several years, she transitioned to the insurance industry in 2009. Since then, she has specialized in occupational reintegration and case management, gaining over 15 years of experience supporting people in challenging life situations. With further education in CAS "Case Management" and CAS "Systemic, Solution- and Competence-Oriented Counseling and Coaching," she brings extensive expertise to her role.
